“Your crew of Gil and Josue visited us this morning and performed the brick-frieze board caulking and bat trap installation.
I watched a lot of their work primarily so that I’m aware of what they did, but I generally like to watch workmen using their skills.
Gil and Josue seemed to do a fine job; they were neat, diligent, and meticulous in everything they did. They worked well as a team and were friendly, to boot. I was pleasantly surprised at how at ease they were on the ladders as they worked, especially Gil at the top of the 36’ ladder near the gable peak. Gil was very helpful in explaining the aluminum “trap” that he constructed and attached at the peak of the gable — I had been expecting a true cone rather than a rectangular egress “chute.”
Gil said they typically leave the traps in place for a couple of weeks.
Steve’s visit with us on Monday (4/17) to inspect and investigate the bat incursion and layout of our house was an educational prelude to today’s work. I appreciate Steve’s explanation on bat behaviors, where they might be hiding in the gable, the work that would be performed (today) to eliminate the bats, the details in the estimate he left with us, and some other general chit-chat. Thanks.”

“I have had problems with bats in the attic as well as having them find their way from the attic into my screened in porch. I had another pest control company come out about two years ago but they could never find entry points — only evidence they had been in the attic. This problem didn’t go away and in fact, only got worse. After Trappro came to inspect and do the work, they determined it was not only bats, but flying squirrels too. The sealed the entire roofline of the house and ensured that all entry points were closed. So far everything has been quiet and I’m sleeping more comfortably.”

“I came home to discover a bat had gotten into my house. I immediately called Trappro who came out the next day to inspect and found a small opening between my roof and drain gutter where the bat was able to get in. Trappro gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment within 3 days to seal the opening and insert a one-way out shoot to ensure nothing can get in the house in future. They were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any pest needs you may have.”
